Sr Huang graduated in 1999 from University of Greenwich, England with a Bachelor in Estate Management with Honours and went straight into private practice. In his career, he was in valuation, consulting and research team, estate agency and property management and is currently with HASB Consultants (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd.
He plays active roles in the RICS and RISM, where he is currently serving as a RICS Licensed Assessor and the incumbent RISM Property Surveying (PS) Divisional Secretary for the 2021/2022 session. Whilst serving in RISM, he has presented talks and was a speaker for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers’ (BOVAEP) negotiators’ Continuous Development Programme (CDP).
He was a lecturer for Property Taxation for the Executive Diploma in Estate Agency for UCSI in 2016 and 2017 and was a guest speaker to local universities.
