The Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) is a mandatory course set by BOVAEP for individuals who intend to be Certified Real Estate Negotiators (REN) in Malaysia.

Only participants who successfully complete the NCC & pass the assessment will receive the NCC Certificate issued by BOVAEP (LPEPH) and eligible to apply for REN certification through a registered real estate agency.

After the course, RISM will submit the attendance list and participant details to the BOVAEP for certificate processing.

Once approved, a soft copy (PDF) of the NCC Certificate will be emailed directly to participants.

The NCC Certificate (soft copy) must be attached when submitting your application for REN certification through your respective real estate agency.

To qualify for REN certification, participants must:

✅ Possess minimum SPM or equivalent
✅ Not be an undischarged bankrupt

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection by the Board.
