The REN Renewal Program (RRP) is a mandatory course set by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP / LPEPH) for all Real Estate Negotiators (REN) in Malaysia to renew their REN Tag.

Only REN holders with REN Tags expiring on 31 December 2025 are eligible to attend this course for the purpose of renewing their REN Tag for the year 2026.

All participants who complete the RRP will receive an official RRP Certificate issued by BOVAEP / LPEPH. After the course, the organizer (RISM) will submit the attendance list and participant names to the Board for certificate processing. Once approved, a soft copy (PDF) of the RRP Certificate will be emailed directly to participants.

The RRP Certificate (soft copy) must be attached when submitting your REN Tag renewal through your respective real estate agency.
