KELVIN NG is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Synergistic Real Estate Management & Network Pte. Ltd., a development consultant, investment and asset manager. He was the Senior Ext Advisor to McKinsey Global Real Estate and Infrastructure; a Senior Partner at AS Louken, a retail brand growth company in Asia and Senior Vice President at Ascott Holdings/CapitaLand overseeing all retail developments and hospitality operations in China, Singapore, Malaysia and other South-East Asia countries. He has over 25 years of experience in the Asian retail and service apartments /mixed-use real estate (tourism, green city planning) as a developer, manager, and consultant in over 100 cities in China Asia, the Middle East and USA. He is an expert in turnaround poor performance malls and repositioning of empty malls and office buildings including large-scale mixed-use development. He is also a Senior Advisor at Mall China, Asian faculty at the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), and Visiting Faculty at Amity University, Chartered Institute of Housing and APREA. He initiated the first Accredited Shopping Manager program (ASM) in China and was consulted for many local and international clients on their strategies, acquisitions; growth strategy for retail malls and growth strategy for retailers/ restaurants
