PMgr Sr Haji Ishak Bin Ismail is the Managing Director of IM Global Property Consultants Sdn Bhd, a BOVAEPregistered firm. With over 30 years of industry experience, he is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, Property Manager, and Chartered Surveyor (RICS).
He also leads several related entities, including IMG Academy, IM Global Auctioneer, and IZ Teraju Holdings. As an International Certified Valuation Specialist (IACVA) and HRDCorp Accredited Trainer (2025–2028), he contributes actively to professional development in the field.
He currently serves as President of MIPFM, an Expert Panel Member with NAPREC (INSPEN), and a Property Advisory Panel Member to PUNB. His experience also includes managing REIT property portfolios and participating as a judge in national property awards.
