MIREILLE WAN has worked in the real estate markets in Singapore, South-East Asia including Malaysia, China and Australia, covering a wide range of property asset classes – luxury residential, international grade A office, prime retail; industrial and logistics. Her experience with the alternatives sector covers hospitality (hotels and serviced apartments), recreational (golf and country clubs, theme parks, bowling alleys and cinemas), education (international school) and healthcare (private hospitals, medical centres and nursing homes).
Having worked in developer firms and brokerage companies, Mireille had led commercial leasing; residential project sales and marketing; strategic consulting, property and project management; research; valuation and capital markets.
In addition, Mireille has served developers, real estate investors and corporate occupiers across key industries like financial services, life sciences, technology and telecommunications.
